Our Story

Bengal Kittens Breeders Home is the UK's premier TICA registered Bengal breeding programme. We are based in Enfield, London, and we hold Animal Activity Licence 22/00259, issued by our local authority and held by R. Shuaghnessy.

We came to Bengal breeding with a single, clear principle: every kitten we produce must be of the very highest quality — in health, in temperament, and in character. We breed with intention and not volume, which means every litter is carefully planned, every pairing chosen with purpose, and every kitten raised within our family home with our comprehensive socialisation programme.

What sets us apart is our uncompromising approach to health testing. We are the only Bengal breeder in the UK to guarantee that every kitten leaves us certified FCoV clear — a commitment built on our structured FCoV elimination protocol, developed in collaboration with our veterinary practice and following guidance from Dr Addie at The University of Glasgow.

Our breeding Bengals are DNA tested for 50 genetic conditions and undergo annual echocardiographic HCM screening. We offer this information fully, transparently, and on request — because we believe every family deserves to know exactly what they are getting when they bring home a Bengal Kittens Breeders Home kitten.
